All products supplied by Beyond Innovative Labs are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes only.

Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic or any in-vivo use. They have not been evaluated by the FDA.

You must be at least 21 years of age, a qualified researcher or affiliated with a research institution, and legally permitted to receive research materials in your jurisdiction. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and dispatch the goods. Prices, availability and specifications may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before shipment.

No card details are collected on this website. After you place an order our team contacts you to confirm payment and dispatch. Orders are not shipped until payment has cleared in full.

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, labelling, use and lawful disposal of all materials received, and for compliance with all applicable laws and institutional safety requirements.

Stated purity and specifications reflect our analytical testing at the time of production. Information on this site is provided for reference only and does not constitute medical, scientific or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Innovative Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
