Shipping Policy

Orders confirmed before 2PM PST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. Dispatch begins only once payment has cleared.

A flat domestic shipping rate is shown at checkout. Orders over $150 ship free.

Domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers, weather or customs are outside our control.

Every order ships in discreet, unbranded outer packaging with protective inserts. Store lyophilised material as indicated on the vial label on arrival.

Tracking details are sent to the email address on your order once the label is created. Please check spam folders before contacting us.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided. Parcels marked delivered by the carrier, or returned due to an incorrect address, are not eligible for a free reshipment. Report a non-delivery within 7 days of the carrier's delivery date and we will open a claim.

Where international shipping is available, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all duties, taxes and compliance with local import law.
